Event Camping
Stay at the heart of the explorr weekend with up to three nights of camping from Friday to Monday. The official campsite in Banchory is just a short walk from the Event Village at King George V Park, offering a relaxed and friendly base for runners, riders, friends and families.
Whether you’re in a tent, campervan or motorhome, enjoy a comfortable pitch with toilets, hot showers and 24-hour security. Everything you need for a great weekend surrounded by the atmosphere of the explorr festival.
Each camping package includes a 6m x 5m pitch for your motorhome, campervan, caravan or tent, plus space for one vehicle. Facilities include toilets, hot showers, 24-hour security and campsite wristbands for two adults.
Please note that electrical hook-ups are not available.
The official explorr campsite will be open from 12noon Friday 28 August 2026 until 9am Monday 31 August 2026.
Your entire setup must fit within the booked pitch. If you require additional space, an Oversize Camping Pitch (8m x 5m) will be available to book for £20 from June 2026.
Additional campsite wristbands will also be available from June 2026, priced at £25 for adults and £5 for children (under 18).
Limited Edition 2026 Event T-Shirt
Mark your place in history with the limited edition explorr Event T-Shirt, created to celebrate the inaugural 2026 festival. Available only to registered participants, this exclusive design will capture the spirit of gravel, trails and the landscapes of Royal Deeside.
